LCK Consultants were asked by a ready meal manufacturer based in the South East of England to help and assist with cost savings across a range of components, due to significant growth.
Working with NPD, Chefs and the Management Team we were able to save our client £650,000.
The areas in which we optimised the savings by using a tendering process were:

- Fresh & Frozen Veg
- A variety of packaging lines
